We'll perform a post-purchase inspection to identify any major structural or mechanical issues (electrical, foundation, HVAC, plumbing, roof, etc.) as well as environmental concerns (asbestos, CO, gas, lead paint, meth, mold, radon, etc.) you should be aware of.
We'll also point out any safety, FHA, or building code violations we notice, so you can address them. Even if you performed a pre-purchase inspection, we usually catch things that they missed!
Strategy Session Walkthrough
We're experienced real estate investors that have overseen many successful fix & flip projects. We'll meet you at the property and walk through it together, brainstorming different design, layout, and technical ideas of how you can maximize your ROI on the project!

If you need to raise private capital to gap fund or cover rehab costs on your project, then having a thorough, organized, and professional Investor Packet to present to potential partners is crucial (and makes raising capital much easier)!
As our borrower you'll receive access to our proprietary Investor Packet Software, wherein you simply answer a series of questions and then are emailed a comprehensive 7-page packet ready to send to your potential partners!
